Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on selected plans to allow sellers to test the crop coordinates and label rendering. We encourage all users to fully test the service prior to upgrading to premium.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since subscription services are immediately activated upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience technical issues where our PDF processor fails and our customer service team cannot resolve the problem within 5 business days, you may request a refund.
