Important: Your files NEVER upload to any remote server. All PDF processing and cropping calculations are executed entirely within your local web browser session using WebAssembly (WASM).

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any document files or order data uploaded to our crop utility page. Since all computations are performed client-side, your customers' addresses, tracking details, invoice amounts, and order SKUs remain strictly on your local machine.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We may use minimal session cookies or local analytics tags to track performance, page load times, and error logs to improve the SaaS application user experience. No personal identifying information is stored or shared.

3. Contacting Support

If you contact us via email or submit a form on our support route, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message text to resolve your inquiry.

4. Third-Party Connections

Our web application has billing integrations or API references. We do not control the data collections of external sites (such as Vercel API networks or payment gateways). Please check their respective privacy notices.
